Research conducted by the Washington Post explains that several parts of southwest America are already witnessing the temperature rise to or more than 1.5-degree Celsius. This temperature rise is broadly discussed as the tipping point for devastation and destruction of the ecosystem, biodiversity and ecosystem as a whole.
