Plastic consumption has been the primary source of global GHG emissions and is growing with each passing year. However, it is regrettable that being such a significant source of emissions, there isn’t any mechanism to measure the percentage of plastic pollution.
With the above fact in mind, the United Nations agreed to measure plastic consumption and its pollution levels, which 173 countries have agreed upon to save the overall environment. Read more
